About Hair Action System
An evidence-based educational system for adults who have noticed hair loss and want to stop guessing.
What it is
Hair Action System is a set of digital materials — PDF files, with the Main Book also included as an EPUB for Kindle and other e-readers: a 265-page illustrated main book, five focused guides and a toolkit of 31 worksheets, trackers and checklists you fill in yourself. It separates shedding from thinning from breakage, shows what published evidence actually supports, and turns that into one plan you can follow. Everything is delivered as files you download and keep. Nothing is shipped.
Why we created it
Most people who notice hair loss buy something the same week — a shampoo, a supplement, a serum — and three months later cannot tell whether it did anything, because nothing was measured at the start. The missing piece was never a better product. It was a way to run the decision: what changed, what to check, which evidence is worth anything, and what to do first. That is what the system is built around.
Evidence-based education
The claims in the materials are traceable to 307 cited sources, and each option is placed by how strong the evidence behind it is — including where the evidence stops. The materials do not name good and bad brands. They teach the check that keeps working after the brands change.
Who is behind it
Hair Action System is written by Serge Vale, the author’s public name. The business that publishes and sells the materials is operated by FOP Serhii Lisovskyi, sole proprietor (FOP) registered in Ukraine. Full details are on the Contact page and at the bottom of every policy.
What it is not
This is a digital educational product. It is not a clinic, not a medical service, and not a substitute for assessment by a qualified healthcare professional. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or guarantee any result. Where the materials reach the point at which a book is the wrong tool and a clinician is the right one, they say so plainly.
