Digital Delivery & Shipping Policy

All Hair Action System products are digital. No physical goods are shipped.

What you receive

Every product sold on this site is delivered as PDF files, with the Main Book also included as an EPUB for Kindle and other e-readers. After successful payment, customers receive access to the purchased digital materials electronically. No physical product is shipped and no shipping fee is charged.

How delivery works

Once the payment provider confirms your payment, an access email is sent to the address you used at checkout. It contains a link to your library at hairactionsystem.com/library, where you download the files included in your order. The files are standard PDF and EPUB documents: you keep them on your own device and can open them on a phone, tablet or computer, or print them.

When to expect it

Access is normally available within a few minutes of payment confirmation. If nothing has arrived within 24 hours, check your spam folder first, then request a new access link on the Find your system page, or write to support with the email you used at checkout.

What is included

Only the files listed on the offer page at the moment of purchase, in their current edition. Future editions are not automatically included in a past purchase.

Access and refunds

If an order is refunded under the 30-day refund policy, access to the files in that order ends.
