This policy applies to the Complete System, the Main Book, and the upgrade from the Main Book to the Complete System.

We want buyers to understand the product before purchasing and to be comfortable with their purchase. Sample pages and the full contents are published on the site before payment.

If you are not satisfied with Hair Loss & Hair Growth Action System, you may request a refund within 30 days of the order completion date. You do not need to give a reason.

To request assistance or a refund, contact support@hairactionsystem.com and include the email address used for the purchase and the order information available to you. You do not need to give a reason, and you should not send medical records or health details.

Refunds are processed through the payment provider / Merchant of Record where applicable, back to the original payment method. Nothing physical has to be returned. When an order is refunded, access to the files in that order ends.

The refund covers your purchase. It is not a guarantee about hair growth, a treatment outcome, or a medical result.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.
