These terms apply to every purchase of the digital educational materials sold on this site.

1. About the product

Hair Loss & Hair Growth Action System is a digital educational publishing product. It consists of an ebook, educational PDF guides, worksheets, trackers, checklists and decision-support tools relating to understanding hair-loss information and published evidence. These Terms apply to every purchase made on https://hairactionsystem.com.

2. Seller identity

Supplier / Publisher: Serhii Lisovskyi, Sole Proprietor, Ukraine. Registered address: Petra Lebedinceva 7, Bila Tserkva, Kiev Region, Ukraine, 09117. “Serge Vale” is a publishing pen name used by Serhii Lisovskyi.

3. Digital nature of purchase

Your purchase is entirely digital. You receive downloadable PDF files, with the Main Book also included as an EPUB for Kindle and other e-readers. Nothing is shipped, no physical goods are supplied, and no shipping fee is charged.

4. Educational scope

All materials are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. They explain terminology, describe commonly discussed approaches, review published evidence, and provide worksheets for recording your own observations.

5. No medical relationship

Buying or reading these materials does not create a clinician–patient relationship. The materials do not diagnose any condition, prescribe or recommend personalized treatment, determine medication dosages, or provide medical consultations or clinical services.

6. License granted to buyer

On payment you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, store, read and print the purchased files for your own use, for as long as you hold them.

7. Personal-use restrictions

Please do not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, upload to file-sharing or content platforms, or share your access link. Commercial, clinical or classroom distribution requires written permission from the publisher.

8. Intellectual property

9. Payment

The price shown at checkout applies to your order and is charged in USD. The current offer is a one-time purchase with no subscription and no recurring charge. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout based on your location.

10. Merchant of Record

Orders are processed by our payment provider, which acts as Merchant of Record for the sale and handles payment, invoicing, applicable sales taxes and payment-related support. The provider is named at checkout and on your receipt.

11. Delivery and access

Once payment is confirmed, an access email is sent to the address used at checkout with a link to your library, where you download the files included in your order. Access is normally available within a few minutes. If nothing arrives within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then contact support.

12. Refund policy

Purchases are covered by our 30-day Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. If an order is refunded, access to the files in that order ends.

13. User responsibilities

Please use a valid email address you control, keep your access link private, and use the materials as educational content. These materials are intended for adults. Decisions about your health should be made with an appropriately qualified professional. Please do not send medical records, diagnoses or photographs to support.

14. Disclaimer of outcomes

Hair loss has many causes and outcomes differ between individuals. We do not promise regrowth, an end to shedding, or any specific result. Nothing in the materials should be used to start, stop or change medication or treatment without appropriate professional guidance.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher’s total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

16. Governing terms and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, where the publisher is established, without limiting mandatory consumer protection rights available to you in your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms removes those rights.

18. Changes to these terms
